Paayal Nair

Paayal Nair is back in India after her workshop in physical theatre. She shares her experience, “It all started with my desire to learn something, leave the comfort zone and push the envelope. Fortunately, things worked out miraculously and beautifully. I decided to do a month long intensive workshop in physical theatre at The Dell' Arte International, California. Amidst all the excitement with a dash of nervousness, lied a state of going there with a blank slate, leaving all my experiences as an actor, fear of being judged and inhibitions (if any) behind. It was a unique workshop and gave me an opportunity to explore.”
