Actress/model Monica Sehgal gets her big break in Star Plus’ upcoming show, ‘Dosti..Yaariyan..Manmarziyan’. She will be seen essaying the role of Radhika Mishra who comes from a middle class family. But that doesn’t stop her from finding her true calling and explore the different options in her life. Accepting that someday she will obey her parents’ expectations but for now she wants more in life. Like any other girl, she is unsure of what it is that she wants to do, yet her arzi is to get to know herself and dream before she settles into the expected pattern. Monika Sehgal who is from Ujjain says, “I can relate to Radhika as it is my story. I put forth my arzi of moving to Mumbai to follow my dream and luckily for me my parents agreed. However, doing your manmarzi cannot mean going against your family, you need to involve and include them in your decision-making process’’.
