YouTube Top 10 Movie Trailers in India

India is a country of movie buffs and we see Bollywood fans flocking to YouTube, the moment a new or upcoming trailer is launched on the platform. The instant traction that these trailers get from the viewers on YouTube can largely determine whether or not a film carries enough potential to create or break Box Office records. With the ever growing user base of YouTube in India, more and more movie producers and distributors are trying to read the pulse of the nation through the trailer launches.

While Sunny Leone starrer “Ek Paheli Leela” tops the list of YouTube’s most viewed Bollywood movie trailers, Gulshan Devaiah and Radhika Apte’s “Hunterrr” acquired the second spot. The upcoming and anxiously awaited “Bombay Velvet” bags third position on the chart. “Shamitabh”, “Dum Laga Ke Haisha” and “Detective Byomkesh Bakshy” are also among the others that have grabbed a place in the list of most watched trailers so far in the first quarter.
Here’s a list of top 10 movie trailers viewed in India from Jan 2015 to March 2015.
