The movie features renowned stars Sachin Khedekar, Mahesh Manjrekar, Ashwini Bhave, Hrishikesh Joshi, Anand Ingle, and Pushkar Kshotri.  This film portrays tiff between two very strong personalities with power- the self- righteous Chief Minister Vishwasrao Mohite (Sachin Khedekar), a rigid bureaucrat-an IAS officer, Mr. Rahimatpurkar (Mahesh Manjarekar).Chief Minister Vishwasrao Mohite who is a shrewd politician but a humble person with good values. At a small ceremony unintentionally he behaves rudely with a common man. Later he comes to know that man is a talented but blind singer. This small incident makes him feel that he is turning into an insensitive egoistic ruler. So he decides to execute a small decision of allotting a house which will help the singer.
The highpoint of the movie starts when Vishwasrao makes up his mind that this house allotment has to happen overnight.

What all are the problems the CM himself faces to execute his decision of allotting a flat overnight. Does the bureaucratic class right from the IAS officer to the typists try to avoid him or do they support CM to hand over house keys to the blind singer the very next morning? What all incidents take place in this whole process?
