L'Oréal Paris launches the “Jad se judein” song with Mohit Chauhan
 In life, and with one’s hair, roots are the primary source of all strength. They define where we come from and they give us the ability to grow further. Giving the word ‘rooted’ a new spin, L'Oréal Paris for the first time has introduced a heartwarming song and music video called ‘Jad Se Judein’ sung by none other than Mohit Chauhan. With this new campaign to ‘Stay Rooted’, L'Oréal Paris aims to not only target stronger hair, but also to instill a sense of nostalgia into their consumers about their roots.

The campaign strongly encourages consumers to take time out to thank and appreciate the people, things, places, moments from their past that have made them the individuals they are today. The video is the story of 3 people who completely resonate the campaign - a student in search of her teacher, a granddaughter who makes a small and simple sacrifice for her grandmother and 2 friends who reconnect at a place they call their own.

Talking about the song, marketing manager for L'Oréal Paris, Manashi Guha said, “In such a dynamic world, we want people to stop for just a minute and think about where they come from. India is a country that has a vast history of music; hence we thought the best way to introduce ‘Stay Rooted’ is through a song. With this song, we hope that the listeners will look back at their old days and think of L’Oreal Paris Fall Repair as a brand that knows the importance of roots, be it in life or for their hair.”

L'Oréal Paris brand ambassador Sonam Kapoor commented on the campaign, “I have always been powered by the Fall Repair tagline – Real Strength lies in your roots.  I believe L'Oréal Paris has gone one step further to create this fabulous ‘Stay rooted’ campaign. No matter what stage in your life you are at, there are always some things or people that bring back old memories. Each time I’m shooting away from home, the only thing that keeps me going is thinking about my family and all the wonderful times that we have had. I’m sure this campaign will ensure that I’m not only left with stronger hair, but also lots of inner strength!”
