Zee TV stars cheer for DID 4 kids!

This weekend episode of DID 4 will witness a best of both worlds as Zee TV’s popular fiction artists join hands with the top 6 contestants of Dance India Dance Season 4. Taking a day off from the grind of their daily soaps, Gunjan (Roopal Tyagi) and Rachana (Mahima Makwana) of Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, Urmi (Neha Marda) and Ishaan (Siddharth Arora) of Doli Armaanon Ki, Najma (Neha Laxmi) of Qubool Hai and Raj (Mishkat Varma) of Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya decided to be a part of India’s biggest dance reality show – Dance India Dance Season 4.

Supporting their personal favorite contestant on this special episode, the actors will be seen pairing up with them and giving smashing duo performances. Glad to be a part of the show, the fiction artists were all seen having a gala time meeting the judges and Grandmaster Mithun Da on the sets. While each of them had a bucket list of wishes to be fulfilled, one common thing they all wanted to do was to shake a leg with the Grandmaster. Dada was happy to see the smile he bought to the ladies’ faces as he matched them step for step in the peppy ‘Anarkali Disco Chali’.

Paired with the heartthrob of the seaon Dheeraj Bakshi, Roopal Tyagi  aka Gunjan aka performed with aplomb. Talking about their connection, Master Shruti said, “Roopal worked with me as my assistant choreographer and choreographed the song Mere Dholna in the movie Bhool Bhulayya.” Recalling the memories of her days as an assistant choreographer, Roopal spoke about learning kathak from Shruti and requested Shruti to come and dance with her on the stage.

Just like the Zee TV stars, the DID 4 contestants seemed to have as much fun practicing and performing with them on the sets. Holding their hands and wishing them luck for their journey ahead, this mind-blowing combination of a Zee TV star performing with a DID contestant will surely be a treat for the audience as well.
