The book has been launched in Mumbai with an appetizing unveiling by none other than Farhan Akhtar and Industrialist Ashok P Hinduja at Nido, Union Park, in Mumbai. Chef Vicky has worked on a famous TV program on NDTV Good Times. He has received a very positive response from the watchers of the show who frequently write to him requesting him to share recipes that were telecasted. The demand for his recipes and his hidden desire to be an Author is what led to the idea of writing this book. The book has aimed at making the 'so-called' boring vegetarian food more interesting to cook and appetizing to eat.
