A few lucky winners got to go on a ‘coffee date’ with two of the leading stars of the film, both fine young actors, Varun Dhawan and Ileana D’Cruz. The event was held at the popular CCD outlet near Khar subway in Santacruz.

‘Main Tera Hero’ directed by David Dhawan and produced by Balaji Motion Pictures has Varun Dhawan, playing a chirpy college student, Sreenath "Seenu" Prasad. He is seen romancing the two beautiful women leads in the film, Ileana D’Cruz (as Sunaina) and Nargis Fakhri (as Ayesha). The long awaited film whose trailer alone grabbed an unprecedented amount of eyeballs crossing 2 million views in just one week, has finally released today.

The special MTH-CCD contest called out to customers to bring out their ‘herogiri’ by ordering any one of the ‘Hero Beverages’ from the ‘Main Tera Hero Special’ menu. The three Hero Beverages specially selected by Varun Dhavan from CCD’s menu are - ‘Cool Blue’, ‘Devil’s Own’ and ‘Strawberry Lemonade’. Anyone who ordered from the ‘Main Tera Hero Special’ menu stood a chance to go on a date with the movie stars, Varun Dhawan and Ileana D’Cruz, and win some cool MTH merchandise as well.

The lucky winners of the MTH-CCD contest were thrilled as they got to meet and take pictures with the young stars of the film. To add to the excitement, Varun brewed an aromatic cup of coffee for Ileana  with the assistance of CCD’s expert brew master. Both the stars narrated fun and interesting occurrences from the set, while they enjoyed their freshly brewed coffee and interacted with the MTH-CCD winners.
