Richa Sony, who came back to the small screen in an episodic of Life Ok’s Hum Ne Li Hai... Shapath after a long break is super excited. And the reason for her excitement is that she for the first time has got an opportunity to play the role of a cold-hearted killer. Excerpts from the interview....
Tell us about your role in Hum Ne Li Hai... Shapath...
It is a very interesting character of a woman who speaks her heart, never mind the negative shade (Smiles). I loved the action sequences, the mounting of the show and the amazing stunts. Also, it was a different experience with me turning bad. When an actor believes and gives his character 100%, the audiences flow with him/her, that is my belief and I have faith in my art. So I am sure that the audiences will like me in this negative avatar too.
Stunts in Shapath...
Action fascinates me. Besides dancing, action is my passion. When this role came my way, what excited me was the rope stunts, the harness and the stuff I can do that others would not dare. And with veteran action master Allan Amin guiding me with the Fireworks team, I was cool and relished these moments. I injured my wrist but I enjoyed the stunts every second... I knew that it will not be easy and that is why I chose the role.
