Longines Ambassador of Elegance, Aishwarya Rai attended the Opening Ceremony of Glasgow 2014, the XX Commonwealth Games along with Mr. Walter von Känel, President of Longines. It is the Official Timekeeper and Watch of the Games, that are held in Glasgow from 23rd of July to 3rd of August 2014. In addition, the Swiss watch brand is the Presenting Partner of the Gymnastics competitions and this event offers a great opportunity to discover the Conquest Classic collection. Longines’ involvement in the Commonwealth Games dates back to 1962, when it was the Timekeeper of the event in Perth, Australia.
