Bloomberg TV India launches a first-of-its-kind show - Tracking the Recovery - Real Estate, that will put the spotlight on the challenges faced by the real estate sector, highlight growth triggers and map its road to recovery. It will also analyze and rank India’s most successful real estate firms. The show will be a five-part series comprising of panel discussions with the best minds in the sector. These discussions will involve industry chiefs like Mr. Anurag Mathur - CEO PDS & Head Emerging Businesses, Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants India Pvt Ltd.; Mr. Rajeev Talwar - Group Exec Director, DLF Ltd; Mr. Prashant Soloman - MD, Chintels India; Mr. Pranav Ansal - Vice Chairman, Ansal Properties and Mr. Mohit Goel - CEO, Omaxe Ltd. among others. They will share their insightful views on the challenges faced by the industry, on opportunities for growth and their individual strategies, to beat the downswing of the sector. The panel discussions will be moderated by Ms. Mini Menon - Executive Editor, Bloomberg TV India. JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) is associated with the series as Knowledge partner.

Mini Menon, Executive Editor, Bloomberg TV India said, “Amidst all the talk of better days and a recovery - ‘Tracking the Recovery’ is our attempt to look at the ground up picture in some key sectors. We are excited to start our series with a focus on India’s real estate sector. The sector has gone through some very tough times and a recovery here can have a cascading impact on many areas of the Indian economy. But how far is that? We dip into insightful research and analysis to find this out.” The show will air exclusively on Bloomberg TV India, on Wednesdays at 8.30 pm, Saturdays at 8.30 pm and Sundays at 7.00 pm.
