Mishal Raheja returns to Television as a villain…
Chocolate boy Mishal Raheja, who has dabbled with both romantic and negative roles in the past with equal ease is back on television. Having played the negative lead in a show in the past, Mishal will soon be seen in Zee TV’s latest offering Maharakshak Aryan, playing an illusionist called ‘Challa’.
Making a comeback on Television after three long years, Mishal is glad to be playing an interesting character. Talking about his character, Mishal said, “I’ll be playing the role of Challa, which means illusion. Just as my name suggests, my character is blessed with the powers to create a whole new world everywhere he goes. He is a master of disguise and can take on any avatar and create the kind of ambience he wishes to blend into. He is an evil power sent by Triloki, the ultimate embodiment of evil to fight the lead protagonist of the show - Aryan, the protector.”
Talking about his look on the show, Mishal said, “I’ll be donning various looks for this character given that I play an illusionist and hence will not have a signature look. From elaborate, artistic jackets and hats to long side burns, the creative team of the show has ensured that I look my part of evil in multiple forms of disguise.”
Aryan is the first amongst Zee TV’s superhero trilogy ‘Maharakshak’ that will showcase the triumph of good over evil. The show with its innovative visual effects, high production values, cutting edge stunts and ingenious cinematography is all set to raise the bar for action thrillers and the fantasy genre on Indian television.
Returning to television with his first ever superhero show, Mishal seems to be just as ecstatic as his fans are to have him back on the small screen. Charming the audience with his suave looks and his versatile acting skills, Mishal is a man of few words. With the show kick-starting this month end, Mishal’s fans will not have to wait for long to watch him making a come-back on the small screen.
