Phoenix Marketcity Kurla hosted the third edition of the International Clown Festival which witnessed a gathering of world class talent and performances today. The artists and clowns - Dee Dee, Skidles, Toto, Lo Lo, Puff and Flubber performed stage shows as pantomimes, jugglers, magicians, puppeteers, acrobats, bubble artists, stilt walkers, balloon sculptors and also conducted an interesting clowning workshop and a grand parade for patrons at the mall. The International Clown Festival has been in India since October 3 visiting Mangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore before Mumbai. Martin D’Souza, who is Flubber the Clown from Mumbai, along with his company, Mad Hatters and Light House takes the initiative to bring the International Clown Festival to India regularly to spread laughter through the art of clowning. Children and elders alike were seen posing for perfect pictures and selfies with the clowns and artists thus taking back home, with them some unforgettable and happy memories!
