Max Bupa Health Insurance hosted the third edition of its flagship event, Max Bupa Walk for Health in Delhi and Mumbai. The Mumbai edition of the walk was flagged off by Shilpa Shetty Kundra who was joined by famous toon characters Chhota Bheem and Ben10. While, Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Hon’ble Union Minister of Health & Family Welfare, Manasije Mishra, CEO, Max Bupa and Rahul Khosla, MD, Max India flagged off the walk in Delhi. The event witnessed an overwhelming participation of more than 15,000 families, 5000 school children, large walking communities, colleges and corporates participate in huge numbers.

Shilpa Shetty Kundra said, “With multiple health benefits, walking is the easiest and most effective forms of exercise which can be undertaken by everyone in the family. But, due to our busy and stressful lifestyle, we, especially women and mothers, often neglect our health. I am a firm believer in staying fit and walking is an intrinsic part of my fitness regime. Max Bupa Walk for Health is a great initiative as it encourages families to adopt the healthy habit of walking.”
