For me fitness is…

Vital because Health is Wealth.

I begin my day with…

Lots of water and a big mug of coffee + Exercise - dance or yoga.

My daily diet…

My daily diet consists more of small meals. Since I am a vegetarian, I ensure that the proportion of carbs and proteins is balanced along with consumption of veggies and fruits. I eat when I feel hungry.

Breakfast: Cup of tea/coffee with a fruit and some dry fruits.

Before Lunch:
A glass of fresh fruit juice.

Lunch: Lunch is very light. Dal, salad, veg and roti. Sometimes soup and sandwich or else south Indian food like idli or dosa.

Post Lunch: Tea or a cup of coffee.

Post Workout:
Any fruit.

Dinner: Dinner is varied I like to eat either Chinese/continental mostly, so nothing fixed. But surely a good amount of veggies, carbs and protein are included. Post dinner I eat dessert because I have a sweet tooth and its difficult for me to resist or go without a sweet dish.

Before going to bed:
Lots of water.

Given a chance, I would binge on...

Chocolates, chips and desserts.

Do you consider yourself a Fitness Freak?

Yes, but I am a health freak.

My workout regime…

Yoga or dance practice is a must, if I skip them I walk or go for a jog.

How would you rate yourself on a fitness scale of 10?
8.

Your Fitness Mantra...

Fitness is overall balance of health which is mental, emotional and physical to achieve optimum health and fitness.

Your secret fitness tips?

Drink lots of water, do yoga and deep breathe.

A common fitness myth…
If you diet, you will lose weight.

My happiness quotient…

I am a happy-go-lucky person and believe in no other way of living.

My idea of relaxation…
De-stressing can be done by listening to some good music, reading books which can be inspiring or going for a quiet walk.
