In a world of stiff competition where children face tremendous pressure to perform, Life OK, through its upcoming show Hindustan Ke Hunarbaaz turns up the volume on things that really matter. Life OK along with cool guru Sonali Bendre started a nationwide petition drive called ‘Harr Bacha hai Khaas.’ The petition, aimed at creating awareness states that henceforth parents will not pressurise their children and will do their bit to harness their hidden talent.

Life OK at its core believes in cherishing what you have, and strongly believes that every child has a talent hidden in them. Through Hindustan Ke Hunarbaaz, a non-competitive reality show, Life OK takes a stand on the overall wellbeing of a child. Taking this idea forward, the channel now hopes to reach out to millions of parents across the country to create awareness about the unwanted pressures and urge them to sign a petition.

 

Hindustan ke Hunarbaaz’s Cool guru and mother to 7 year old son, Sonali Bendre was the first one to sign the petition. Sonali stood proud as she took an oath to never let the pressure of studies or competition comes in the way of her child’s wellbeing. She said, “Life OK has taken up this initiative to reach out to millions of parents to participate in this movement. Children these days undergo tremendous pressure and it was about time we took notice. I have signed this petition and taken the oath to ensure that my son gets a zero pressure upbringing. Moving forward, I hope parents take notice of this and come forward to be a part of this movement. ”

 

It is believed that every child has the potential to be a star and has a unique talent which must be valued and nurtured for us to ensure a well-rounded, self-confident future generation. The responsibility to give it wings lies in the hands of parents, teachers and guardians, because the truth lies in the fact that that ‘Harr bacha hai khaas….’
