Madhura Naik

Actress Madhura Naik was recently spotted supporting PINKTOBER at the HardRockCafe alongside her rockband 'ModernMafia'  which she recently became a part of as a lead vocalist and did a few covers like "all the small things" blink 182 and "i just want to live" good charolette, in this drive of PINKTOBER where they support to fight cancer and spread awareness of breast cancer.

Madhura Naik took an initiative for this signature breast cancer awareness program for raising awareness and funds for breast cancer charity in Mumbai this 11th of October 2012. Madhura also plans to set up her own Foundation this year which she is working on and will be called "MANA" named after her initials "MAdhura NAik" which also means "life force".

Madhura further quotes that she is quiet a feminist herself and feels her NGO would be women, children and education centric. Madhura replied "Yes I am  very much a feminist and I believe in the famous words - you educate a man, you educate a man, your educate a woman, you educate a whole generation,

Madhura is  busy with her research and lending a helping hand to other NGO’s in the meanwhile.
