Narayani Shastri:

I just love Summers, I am an absolute summer person and prefer this season more than winter.
Ideal summer dress- Cotton three-fourths with a loose cotton kurti.
Ideal summer holiday- There isn’t an particular destination, any good place that I would like to visit at that moment.
Cool summer drink- Coconut water.
Cool summer food- I don’t really have a separate diet for summers, I eat the same sort of food just that in summers it’s better to keep it light.
Cool tips to beat the summer heat- Lots and lots of water.
Cool tips to keep skin protected- Sunscreen and that’s it as I don’t use any make-up.
One thing that’s a must in summers is sunglasses.

Neha Marda:
Summers are pleasant in Mumbai and this season to has its own flavour. I used to stay in Calcutta in childhood and summers there were very sticky but Mumbai is nice and I enjoy summer too like other seasons.
Ideal summer dress- I prefer very, very casual look so I love to wear shorts, one pieces and flairy summer dresses, cotton dresses, etc. I don’t really bother about getting tanned. The colours that I love to wear in summers are soft pink, yellow or lemon green so that you feel the lightness.
Ideal summer holiday- I think Goa and Kerela, it would be fun, a nice sun bath on the beach, getting a tan, sipping on coconut water, just simply enjoying the pleasant weather.
Cool summer drink-I love coconut water and our cool desi drink that is Nimbu Paani. The other beverages good for summer are red wine and there is nothing like having chilled beer in the hot summer afternoon.
Cool summer food- I am super foodie so and I love our desi, Indian cuisine. I am a pure vegetarian so I would love to have Thai salad along with some light lunch including a lot of veggies. I love food so I would love to have a delicious meal but not unhealthy or junky.
Cool tips to beat the summer heat- Why do we need to beat the heat, in fact enjoy the heat. God has gifted us with such beautiful seasons so I think we should enjoy these seasons instead of struggling to escape them.
Cool tips to keep skin protected- Drink lot of water and eat cucumber. Apply cucumber on your eyes and face; it helps to sustain the coolness of your skin. Also coconut malai is quite healthy and good for your screen. Of course sunscreen but nowadays irrespective of summer, winter, everyone applies it.
One thing that’s a must in summers is to have a car because you just cannot travel by auto, train or bus in the scorching heat and also sunglasses are a must.

Muskaan Mihani:

I love Summers but basically because of Mango, that’s my favourite fruit and the lovely short dresses, miniskirts and shorts that I get to wear.
Ideal summer dress- Flowery, evening casual dress paired up with tie-ups or flats, an absolute girly look.
Ideal summer holiday- U.K. as I have a lot of friends there and in India I would love to go to Amby Valley.
Cool summer drink- Watermelon, pineapple and other cool fruit juices, also buttermilk.
Cool summer food- Of course mango and salads.
Cool tips to beat the summer heat- Drink lots of water, have buttermilk, curd, eat light and avoid non-veg.
Cool tips to keep skin protected- Apply sunscreen lotion, wear sunglasses, exercise regularly and keep yourself happy and positive for that glowing screen.
One thing that’s a must in summers is sunscreen and a pair of sunglasses.
