I don't want to comment on TV actors - Rytasha Rathore

Theater artist Rytasha Rathore (Adyams ‘s The Hound of the Baskervilles and The Merchant of Venice ), who made her TV debut with &TV show Badho Bahu, carefully avoids talking about TV actors. When we asked her about she what  feels on theater veterans' accusations that TV actors are quite lazy, she just quipped, "I don’t want to talk about them sorry.”

Talking about both the mediums, she says ,“On stage everything is live, no scope for mistakes  and have the entire auditorium as your oyster. TV on the other hand  is a different ball game where  the camera controls everything and it is technical, e.g. if you have a close up shot, the camera will target only your face, so you need to put in the extra efforts. I have always loved stage acting, but now courtesy Badho  I have realized I love emoting  before the camera as well.”

Rytasha is happy that her show, also starring Bigg Boss9 winner Prince Narula and Pankaj Dheer, has picked up on the ratings front and is  coming  closer to channel driver Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai. "Guess what works is the humour and the way all our respective characters have been etched out. I will admit at first I was a bit hesitant about me being city bred, will be able to do justice to the Haryanvi Jat characterBut over the past six months, I have been able to fully imbibe Badho and now  I am her.”

Badho will soon become a wrester on the show? “Yes I love this robust earthy( played on mud) sport and have already started training. I have also been put on a specific diet for the same.”

In closing Rythasa says she is  having fun working with Prince, who is a warm friendly person.
