I am willing to withdraw FIR if they pay my dues - Shilpa Shinde

Shilpa Shinde, who had alleged that Bhabhi ji Ghar Par Hai producer Sanjay Kohli had sexually harassed her and also filed a police complaint, is now ready to bury the hatchet and move on.
“I am ready to do a settlement with Binaifer Kohli and withdraw the FIR as well. But for that they will have to not only clear my pending dues but also compensate me for the losses I have suffered over the past one year. They had ganged up against me thereby depriving me of other work. Plus they will also have to withdraw the 12cr suit against me alleging losses when I did not report to work due to differences".

Shilpa says rather than dragging the matter endlessly it is better to put it to rest. “ I have suffered a lot of agony over the past 12 months. Somebody else in my case would have committed suicide.  What is really bad is that no one has supported me. Sadly women are women’s biggest enemies. Binaifer instead of supporting me when I told her the truth become my biggest enemy by inflicting mental torture .”

Ask her about Kavita Kaushik wading into the controversy by questioning  her for  keeping quiet for one year . She counter posed a question. "Why did Kavita leave Binaifer's FIR and then return. When she quit, no one made a hue and cry, when she was the main stay of the show. Could it be that because I stood up I was attacked.” Shilpa also accused Binaifer of preventing the channel &TV from communicating with her.”

Shilpa added "it took great courage on part of fellow Edit2 actor Sameeksha Singh, when she came out in her defense alleging issues with Binaifer Kohli as well. She was put under lots of pressure  when she came  out. There are many other girls who are also suffering at the hands of other producers. I have asked them to keep quiet for the moment. The sad part is that TV actors allow themselves in one way or other to be exploited for money. The moment we become one all this will stop.”

In closing Shilpa says she will soon announce a film project.“ I have given up on TV. It is sad that all of them including CINTAA ganged up against me"
