Parth Samthaan could be in real trouble with fresh charges against him

Every time Parth Samthaan of Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan fame gets into a legal case, he blames his rumoured ex boyfriend Vikas Gupta for inciting the concerned person. Take a look at Parth's latest tweet post his music video launch of Tu Jo Kahe.

Parth Samthaan‏ @LaghateParth  "So Mr.Vikas gupta is back with his antiques ...I wonder how jobless he must be to plan and plot all this... keep it up man “

Parth was first booked for sexually harassing a 20 year old model, but now serious POSCO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) charges have been slapped against him for the girl has futhur alleged that he had molested her when she was only 16 years of age. Last year Parth had accused Vikas of coercing transgender actor Gauri Arora (earier called Gaurav) to suggest that Parth had a relationship with her when she was a guy.

Prior to this he had filed sexual harassment, nonpayment of dues and several other charges against Vikas. He subsequently withdrew most of the them. A source who did not  want to be named said "these  charges against producer and channel exec Vikas seem funny. For firstly is Vikas that powerful enough to influence girls to go ahead and press charges against someone. Also if cops have booked Parth under POSCO they must have found some merits  in the allegations of the girl. There is a due process to be followed. The case has taken time and has slowly worked itself up on the legal ladder."

The source furtur added that there are certain hard evidences against Parth, which might come out at a later stage. The source further added that Parth should first get out of the legal hasles and focus on his work.  If the source is to be believed Parth has lost out on some film projects due to all this. His film 'Googly Ho Gai' is also much delayed.
