The good looking Amit Verma, who is returning to the small screen after a long gap with a cameo in &TV show Bakula Bua Ka Bhoot as Lord Krishna, admits that he lost out on good work over the years due to a combination of Bollywood
dreams and personal issues. 
 

“After doing 4 known shows (Hotel Kingston, Kituu Sabb Jaantii Hai and Annu Ki Ho Gayee Waah Bhai Waah), I waited for two years for films to happen, which did not work out and I lost out on  juicy projects. Barely had I recovered, something serious happened to my brother, which made me lose another two years. But yes I did get married recently, which was a major plus in my life .”
 

Looking ahead Amit is now open to all kinds of interesting projects. Coming to the current show Amit says, "This story about a family matriarch Bakula (Sarita  Joshi) who becomes a ghost, is one more very clean comedy  from the stables of Hats Off Production (Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai, Khichdi etc).The most unique point is that my character Lord Krishna gets scared of Bakula because he loves her so much. This point attracted me to the show and i said yes.”
