Actors getting mobbed in public happen to be a very common affair. Recently Television actor Anas Rashid who plays the lead role in Star Plus’ Diya Baati aur hum was thronged by over 500 eager fans in Delhi. The actor was in Delhi for the Auditions of Masterchef Kitchen ke Superstar along with the three Jugdes- Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, Chef Vikas khanna and Chef Kunal Kapoor.

“I love food and Masterchef auditions in Delhi was really a great experience. I met fans from all over the city and I also got to sample some great food. I am going to watch the show for sure whenever I get time from my shoots,” says the actor with more than a million fans.

Anas was pleasantly surprised to see his popularity in Delhi but got quite scared as the situation got out of hand and the security had to be called to control the mob. There was a lot of chaos with the star being there and fans came out in huge numbers to meet their most loving star son – Sooraj.

"His fans kept on lingering around the set to catch a glimpse of their favorite actor," said a source.

Ohh well, whoever said being a star was easy!!!
