Pooja Pihal is nowadays enjoying her comedy ride with her show Hum Apke Hain In Laws. Personally, however, she has a very big dream in her life -Pooja wants to open her own restaurant. “I have been cooking since the time I came to Mumbai so I always cooked for me. Initially I used to call my mother and ask her the recipes. During the time of struggling, I could never afford a cook so I cooked myself. I enjoy the art of cooking and when I was in Delhi I used to watch Chef Sanjeev Kapoor’s show and sometimes followed the recipe as well. As a beginner I used to follow my mom’s recipe but later on I started innovating my recipe as I feel spices are the most important aspect of any dish. In future I want to open a restaurant in Mumbai which will serve all kind of Indian cuisine. And the speciality of that restaurant would be my special tea. People like my home made tea so much that my friends and family know about this. There have been people who don’t drink tea but started the habit after they tasted my tea.”......are you listening Chef Kapoor..
